The youth of a country are the leaders of tomorrow. The future judges, the generals, the politicians and the doctors are sitting in the school and colleges of today. The future of the nation depends on the knowledge ,the character, skills and the preparedness or lack of it.An honorable nation emerges when citizens build their character. It is said that the first lessons in character building begin at kindergarten. To me,it starts even earlier not when a child is born, but a hundred years before. Why? Because attitude and values are genetic, they go from one generation to the next.If we want to cultivate our natural desire to serve, we should not only learn to draw on a deeper source of wisdom within us but to help others with whom we work, grow and transform ourselves in ways to allow us to respond more spontaneously and creativity to situations arround us,but we also become true leaders like Mahatma Gandhi & Martin Luther King. They both placed more personal emphasis on serving than on being leaders. They seemed to know that when we are able to be spontaneous and natural and act with genuine compassion and humility, thne we could truly lead.
